Brett Wilde

Brett Wilde is the Founder and Team Leader of Wilde Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Westfield, serving Utah County and the greater Wasatch Front. A licensed real estate professional since 2012, Brett brings a unique combination of real estate sales, property investing, construction, remodeling, and business leadership experience to the clients he serves.

Having personally owned more than 75 homes, Brett understands real estate from more than an agent's perspective. His firsthand experience includes primary residences, long-term rentals, short-term and vacation properties, and investment real estate. He has navigated a wide range of financing strategies, giving him practical insight into how real estate can help families build wealth and create greater financial flexibility.

Before focusing on real estate sales, Brett gained extensive experience in residential construction and remodeling, participating in the development of approximately 100 custom homes and more than 200 remodeling projects. This background gives him a valuable perspective when helping clients evaluate properties, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Education has been a consistent part of Brett's career. He continues to teach workshops on strategic homeownership, building and using home equity, real estate investing, financing strategies, market opportunities, and making better long-term real estate decisions.
